Well, here we are.. The state of Illinois has locked down all non-essential services and transportation with isolation looking bleak and the prospect of pushing forward on your goals alone, daunting. It is scary, confusing and many of you are wondering “where do we go from here??” We understand and we are here to help you through this difficult time. We can continue with you on your journey, providing guidance, advice and helpful tips & tricks as we watch you move over video chat and demonstrate exercises for you to keep you stronger and resilient. If you have recently undergone surgery we will be open and available to continue your care in the clinic as we follow strict CDC sanitation guidelines.
Staying Out of the ER
We are your community Physiotherapists, we keep you healthy. Dr. Matos, an expert in biologic surety and the management of select agent programs at federal facilities and the CDC states that:

Strong Immune System
It is important, now more than ever, to stay healthy and boost your immune system. Stay hydrated by drinking at least 60oz of water a day; prioritize 8 hours of sleep at night and keep moving! Some great ways to keep moving:
Go outside for a walk
Follow online Tai Chi videos
Play with your children and/or pets
Reorganize and spring clean
